Rounds 3UBK10, 3UBK10-1, 3UBK10-2, 3UBK10-3 (Russian designation 3ÓÁÊ10, 3ÓÁÊ10-1, 3ÓÁÊ10-2, 3ÓÁÊ10-3) with unified anti-tank guided missile 9Ì117 are designed to destroy armoured vehicles as well as small-size targets.
The rounds are regarded to the fixed ammunition. Missiles are launched and guided onto target directly from the fighting compartment that ensures protection of the round against external factors and provides for reliable system operation under battle conditions.
The control system is semiautomatic with a laser beam concept. The operator (gunner)'s mission is to keep the target in the cross-hairs and the missile therewith flights automatically in the laser beam guidance field. |
