Medical Laser Perforator SIGMA


Laser perforator SIGMA (Russian designation ÑÈÃÌÀ) is intended for contactless formation of skin microwound during blood intake for analysis.

Its design is based on the Erbium-YAG (Er:YAG) laser with the wavelength of 2.94 µm. Bleeding blood volume (0.1-0.5 µl) is quite sufficient for laboratory tests. The apparatus features the minimal sensation of pain and rapid microwound healing.

Due to its low weight, compact design the apparatus may be easily carried and placed within the minimum area.

It is simple and reliable in operation and it doesn't require a long-term training of medical staff. It may be successfully used at hospitals and clinics as well as in ambulances and by the Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situation (connection of the apparatus to the electric equipment of a car is possible through the adapter).

The apparatus allows to exclude any possibility of infection with AIDS, hepatitis and other infectious diseases.

Clinical system DTK-3M (ÄÒÊ–ÇÌ) is designed to perform the complete number of procedures for treatment of oncological diseases by PDT method using preparation Photosense (NIOPIC).

Modifications of the system make it possible to use efficiently photosensitizers based on hematoporphyrine derivatives (HPD) and Alasense (5-ALA).

The system consists of the following components: portable spectroscopic system LESA-01-BIOSPEC (ËÝÑÀ-01-ÁÈÎÑÏÅÊ) designed for determination of photosensitizer accumulating level in different tissues; laser system LPhT-630/675-01-BIOSPEC (ËÔÒ-630/675-01-ÁÈÎÑÏÅÊ) with a set of fiber optic catheters intended for irradiation of tumors of different locations; therapeutic-diagnostic system UFPh - 630/675-01-BIOSPEC (ÓÔÔ-630/675-01–ÁÈÎÑÏÅÊ) intended for generation of fluorescent image of skin surface tumors and their therapy.

Laser apparatus for endoscopic surgery

Laser apparatus is designed for laparoscopic clinical application employing atraumatic technology in visceral surgery including the respiratory tract, lungs, bronchi, stomach, rectum, etc. This apparatus is also efficiently used in general surgery.

Application of endoscopic laser is effective for removal of granulomas, adenomas and scar strictures in bronchi. With the stenosis nature of tumour, the lungs insufficiency is progressing; in this case laser recanalisation of bronchus alleviates the patient’s state significantly and prolongs his life.

This method is indispensable when treating the tumour and pre-tumour diseases of larynx and fauces and it allows to perform radical surgeries on vocal chords and nearby at the early stages of diseases.

The availability of programmable controller in the proposed apparatus makes it possible to improve the treatment procedures of different diseases due to adaptable adjustment of radiation modes, possibility to select personal programs of treatment in each specific case of diseases.
