Pneumatic rock drills PP60NV and PP80NV
|
Pneumatic rock drill PP60NV (Russian designation ÏÏ60ÍÂ) is intended for drilling of vertical and inclined blast holes up to 32-40 mm in diameter and up to 2 m in depth through the rocks and other materials with hardness factor up to f=15 acc. to Prof. Protodyakonov scale, mainly in open-cast mine conditions. It is used for manual work, with universal telescopic pusher leg (UBTU-1) or rigging equipment.
High power pneumatic rock drill PP80NV (Russian designation ÏÏ80ÍÂ) is intended for drilling of horizontal and inclined blast holes up to 46 mm in diameter and up to 9 m in depth through the rocks and other materials with hardness factor up to f=20 acc. to Prof. Protodyakonov scale. It may be used with mounting racks (such as UPB, LKR-T, rigs) and pusher leg (UBTU-1).

The rock drill design provides the following modes of operation:
- strong percussion, slow rotation (predrilling);
- strong percussion, fast rotation (drilling);
- slight percussion, fast rotation (drilling through interbedded rocks);
- rotation with intensive blowing (drilling through soft rocks and when the drill rod is extracted out of the blast hole).
Advantages of drill rocks PP60NV and PP80NV as compared with analogous equipment:
- Combination of high percussion energy, low weight and small length of rock drill is an indispensable advantage when quarrying the rocks in quarries.
- All the rock drill units are actually long-wearing components.
- Convenience in assembling/disassembling, no more than 5 minutes required.
- Convenience in operation (different modes of operation are available).
- Low consumption of lubricants.
- Starting and operating capability of the rock drill at the ambient temperature range from +40°C to –25°C.
At present the rock drills PP60NV and PP80NV are made to order.
The prices are contractual.
